Thank you for booking Belle’s Bunkhouse! This property is a safe and comfortable choice for one, two or three non-smoking adults traveling without children under 12/pets/animals.
Here are the terms an conditions:
Registered guests
To have insurance coverage in case of a mishap<, everyone who steps on the property must be listed on the Airbnb reservation and pay the additional person fee ($15-20 per day) in advance.
No more than 3 guests and/or day visitors are permitted on the property at any time.
Given our limited septic, unauthorized guests or their visitors will incur an additional fee of $75 and termination of the reservation.
Smoke-free environment
The bunkhouse offers a smoke-free environment for the health of guests and your asthmatic host.

Given the risk of wildfires and powerful prevailing wind, no smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes or open flames (grills, fire pits, candles) are permitted indoors or outdoors.

A supplemental cleaning fee of $200 is charged for smoking, vaping and similar activities. Airbnb will be asked to terminate the reservation and for the property to be vacated immediately.
Vehicles / privacy

For the safety of this private road’s free-range livestock, and in respect of privacy, unfamiliar vehicles are not permitted. Please do not disclose this location/address to third parties except in emergencies.

Given the tight driveway, a maximum of 2 vehicles can be handled per reservation
Luggage
To avoid wear and tear on the property, a maximum four items of luggage is permitted per guest.
Animals/pets
• Because chickens can die of shock from interacting with unfamiliar animals, no pets or animals are allowed on the property. The fee for bringing an unauthorized animal on the homestead is $200 and we will ask Airbnb to terminate the reservation.
Infant/child safety
Given the height of the-loft and the gaps in the open treads of the spiral staircase, the cabin cannot host infants or children under 12.
